Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, General Contractor, Home Renovation, Handyman Service, Drywall Contractor, Home Remodeling, Residential Contractor provided by True Elite Home Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. True Elite Home Construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. True Elite Home Construction reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. True Elite Home Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, True Elite Home Construction's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify True Elite Home Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.

Updates. True Elite Home Construction reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
